In the HMR™ program, patients see successful weight management as a matter of acquiring new skills, not just learning new information. We teach these skills in specially designed weight loss classes, and then again in our extensive maintenance program at the OSF St. Francis Weight Loss Center, located at the Riverplex. We work closely with you as you learn and practice these new skills until they become an automatic part of your daily life.
A nurse practitioner, nurse and dietitian work as a team to assure safety and provide on-going support to each person enrolled in the HMR™ program. If you are ready to improve your health and quality of life through weight loss, call us today at 309-282-1648 to find out when you can attend a free program orientation.
