The third PromptCare walk-in, urgent care medical clinic, located at the Center for Health at Nord Farms, 1001 Mitsubishi Motorway, Bloomington, is now serving patients from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

PromptCare treats minor illness and injuries, as well as providing school physicals and flu shots. The site also offers occupational health services. A primary care physician office will join this location later this year.

This new 4,300 square foot medical building was built thanks to the generosity of a local family with a long history with OSF St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Ronald and Diane Nord and Dr. Paul and Karen Nord and their families gifted 1.2 acres in honor of Dr. and Mrs. Stanley K. Nord. The OSF St. Joseph Medical Center Foundation purchased an additional acre from the Nord family.

The Nord family donation has an estimated value of $495,000. The estimated value of the entire project is more than $1 million.
