Lacie Shanks, MD, has joined OSF Medical Group Family Medicine, 308 St. Joseph Drive, Bloomington.

A graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, and Ross University, School of Medicine, Dominica, Dr. Shanks served her residency at Southern Illinois University Family Medicine, Springfield. While there, she participated in the advanced track obstetrics training.

Dr. Shanks is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Sangamon County Medical Society.

She is certified in basic life support (BLS) for healthcare providers, neonatal resuscitation, and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).

Dr. Shanks joins the office of Drs. Richard Ginnetti, Paul Nord, Tom Kenney, Jack Spaniol and Shilpa Mehta.
